Business Function

Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank\'s operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

• Operations BAU work (refer to Job Duties & Responsibilities below)
• Complete adhoc assignments/tasks assigned within timeline
• No complaints and output processing errors
• Meet turn around time / service levels at all times
• Prepare/Update PRMs & SOPs timely
• Perform updating of address/contact/signature and other static data.
• Archival of documents
• Support UAT/LV on system/workflow enhancement.
• Perform FATCA/CRS processing activities including year-end reporting check.
• Support Team Manager/Leader on project & process improvement initiatives
• Enrolment & De-enrolment of e-statements
• Update of customer profile (Address, CIN, Name, Product CIN change & Deletion)
• Update of Signature
• Update of Account Name Change
• Handling of returned Cards
• Handling of Returned Mails (Individual & Corporate)
• Personal Data Protection Act checker
• Processing of returned IB tokens
• Handling of CASA returned mails via workflow
• Handling of functional mailbox
• Investigation of failed notifications

Requirements

• Degree holder with 1-2 years of relevant experience in pre-processing
• Meticulous with an eye for details, organised and good problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and able to motivate the team
• Proficiency with MS office software: Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Knowledge of the bank\'s core operating systems and control standards is an added advantage
• Working location: Changi Business Park
