The group\xe2\x80\x99s hotels and hospitality specialists provide independent and expert advice to clients, backed by industry-leading research.OPPORTUNITYWe are currently seeking an Analyst/Associate to join our growing Hotels & Hospitality platform with a primary focus on hotel and resort strategic consulting and asset management projects in Southeast Asia. The role will be based in Singapore and will report directly to our Vice President/Senior Vice President of Advisory & Asset Management.We are looking for an individual who is passionate, highly motivated about adding value and delivering superior results to the team. As a member of JLL\xe2\x80\x99s Hotels & Hospitality team, you will support the team in conducting financial modelling, preparing detailed feasibility and valuation reports, support asset management and operator selection assignment and assisting with pitch documents.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct financial modelling, primarily focusing on discounted cash flow analysis, sales comparable analysis, etc;
• Review client / operator\xe2\x80\x99s cash flow projections and support with benchmarking analyses;
• Assist with monthly operational and financial review of our managed properties;
• Assist in preparing feasibility and valuation reports for clients;
• Assist with due diligence of relevant documents (review of legal documents, title, management contracts, etc.);
• Research and analyse business, tourism and hotel market fundamentals;
• Interpret investment market trends and insights;
• Maintain data integrity of research databases;
• Assist with pitch documents and any other duties that management may reasonably require.

REQUIRED SKILLS / EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

• Undergraduate degree in relevant discipline such as business, hospitality, finance and/or real estate. For Associate level, a minimum of 2-3 years of prior work experience in relevant field(s) would be highly preferred.
• Proven academic track record with strong performance in analytical and financial courses;
• Strong critical thinking skills;
• Excellent report writing skills and attention to detail essential;
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency in English and a second language (Mandarin preferred);
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) (VBA and other software skills a plus);
• Team player, organized, and strong communication skills;
• Self-motivated and ability to multi-task;
• Comfort in working independently and as part of a diverse team.
• Must be willing to travel in the region.
