Analyst, Appl Architect

Responsibilities
- Daily Monitoring and Support of servers and equipment
- Support for any issues reported for Bulk Printers, Enveloping Machine and VCS(Video Conferencing System)
- Monitoring of alerts during and after office hours
- Perform hotfixes as and when required
- Perform monthly deployments and quarterly DB password change
- Adhoc task related to system activities such as cyberark onboarding setup, server patches, troubleshooting and assist in monthly report preparation
- Monitoring of servers to ensure efficient operations
The ideal candidate should be/have
- Knowledge and hands-on experience on UNIX and Windows servers
- Knowledge on messaging systems such as IBM Websphere MQ (good to have)
- Willing to learn and positive working attitude
- Shift work: 2 shifts from 7.30am to 7.00pm Mondays to Fridays
