The Human Resource & Organization Department champions the people agenda for GIC. We invest in talent and organization development, to maximize potential of our people for long term sustainable performance. We are organized by strategic HR domains and work in partnership with business groups to manage talent and build impactful teams. Our HR domains are: Rewards and Engagement, Talent & Organization Strategy, GIC School, Talent Acquisition, Graduate Recruitment, HR Business Partnership, and HR People Operations & Advisory.
The HR People Operations & Advisory (POA) team provides a wide range of HR generalist support and activities that span the entire employee life cycle such as talent acquisition, onboarding, offboarding, global mobility, payroll and benefits.
We are looking for a suitable candidate to join the HR POA Team as an Analyst/ Associate on a 1 year contract. You will be part of the team responsible for delivering HR operations in GIC.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Talent Acquisition support, including but not limited to posting of jobs, arranging interviews, administrating tests and collecting candidate documents as part of the recruitment process.
  • Provide exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders and act as the liaison between Hiring Managers, candidates and agencies to address queries related to established talent acquisition policies and procedures.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and recruitment status in the recruitment system.
  • Participate in ad-hoc HR projects and other related assignments, including identifying and implementing process improvements.

Requirements
  • Degree in any discipline, with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Prior experience in a HR shared services team is a plus
  • A self-driven and hands-on team player, with a positive “can do” attitude.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and respond to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment. Experience in supporting high volume and complex recruitment activity globally.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity and professionalism in all aspects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong follow-through and ownership over tasks and issues.
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills, demonstrates initiative and resourcefulness.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office and recruitment system.
