What the Social Media team does:
Part of the Brand, Marketing and Communications division, the social media team looks at amplifying EDB’s and Singapore’s voice on a range of platforms to generate brand visibility and marketing leads. As a member of the team, you will craft and implement ideas for sharing impactful content on our channels to drive audience growth and community engagement in Singapore and globally.
Responsibilities:
Developing and executing channel-specific strategies for LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and Instagram that ensure an authentic voice for EDB
Creating informative content and running social media campaigns to build an engaged community and nurture brand ambassadors
Ensuring that daily operations run smoothly, including managing the social editorial calendar, crafting captions/social media assets and community management
Optimising the performance of EDB social media channels, including those used in overseas marketing, such as WeChat, and using data to enhance the effectiveness of our campaigns
Stakeholder and agency management
Requirements:
At least two years of marketing experience in preferably B2B environments, with an understanding of integrated campaign planning across channels
Strong interest in the social media landscape and enjoy exploring new channels
Love crafting compelling social copy and captivating visuals to engage different audiences. Content creation and creative design capabilities are a definite plus.
Familiar with social-centric tools and strategies, and possess strong experience in running campaigns across different platforms
Comfortable with harnessing digital and social metrics to drive performance, and fostering partnerships with varied stakeholders to achieve success
Committed to excellence in project execution and adept at managing priorities and timelines
