Job Description

• 
  Our Client is a Japanese Listed Finance Company. They are looking for an Analyst Associate/Senior Associate. You will be reporting to Senior Vice President.
  
  \xe3\x80\x90 What you will be doing \xe3\x80\x91
  
  • Liaison with clients, banks, and financial institutions.
  • Management of repayment schedules/procedures
  • Maintain existing contracts and ensure rates and payment due dates are up to date.
  • Handle administrative tasks in relation to business (Issue invoices, contract updates, etc.)
  • Support covenants management.
  • Handle settlement matters.
  • Manage documents (contracts, certificates, etc.)
  • Assist to secure approvals (internal and external).
  • Prepare reports, references, and other related documents.
  • Conduct due diligence.
  • Other ad-hoc jobs/tasks may be assigned by the superior.

  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or any discipline
  • At least 2 years of experience in Real Estate Investment/Structured Finance/Ship Finance Area in the financial industry
  • Possess Excel-based analytical and quantitative skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Able to work under pressure and fast-paced environment
  • Possess good time management skills
  • Positive work attitude, high energy with drive and initiative
  • Great team player
  • Flexibility in adapting to changes in the process
  • Able to take responsibility for the task given

• Working Hour

  9:00 ~ 17:30
