Our investors include pension funds, insurance companies, government agencies, banks, wealth managers and high net worth individuals.Visit to learn more who we are.What are the ongoing responsibilities of this position?Supporting Head of APAC Business Development in investor mapping to better understand market landscape in APACTracking & monitoring investor requests and actions resulting from fundraising meetings & ensuring they\xe2\x80\x99re followed up promptlyGathering and assessing company and product information from across Alcentra to draft accurate, thoughtful and timely responses to investor queries, in both written and verbal formats.For complex investor queries, working with the senior client service team member and/or dedicated strategy-level product specialists from the wider Business Development team, to provide appropriate answers (with the help of senior team member oversight), ensuring deadlines are met and that the information provided is accurate and well presentedBuilding strong working relationship with the wider Business Development Team and contributing collaboratively to central initiatives such as firmwide investor events, maintenance of firmwide information, creation of marketing materials and translation where requiredAssisting the RFP team in the preparation of responses to client due diligence questionnaires and RFPs/RFIsContinually advancing personal knowledge of the Alcentra business to develop a good understanding of products & company informationWhat qualifications, skills and experience would help someone to be successful?Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree is required, preferably in a finance related discipline.0-2 years prior experience, preferably in an investor relations or client service role within financial services (graduates are welcome to apply)Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Mandarin will be a plus.An understanding of credit strategy/products is a plus.
