Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank\'s operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

Candidate will be part of a regional team as a data analyst.

• Generate and distribute both periodic and ad hoc reports in accurate and timely manner to support management team on performance metrics, trends, and insights across the regional locations
• Communicate internally to collect and validate data as well as answer questions regarding reports and data.
• Analyse business information to identify improvements opportunity for increasing efficiency and effectiveness
• Derive actionable insights through critical analysis and data visualization
• Participate in the development of dashboards and reporting automation to reduce manual reporting efforts
• Participate in UAT testing relating to data automation/dashboards and reports
• Helps implement new practices, processes, and procedures relating to data collection, maintenance and updating
• Create and maintain relevant documentation.
• Collaborate with teams across the organization to manage data portals/content and drive requirements for continual improvements and enhancement

Requirements

• Has experience in MIS reporting or related fields with Intermediate to Advanced Excel and Database Management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and accomplish a variety of tasks and goals with little supervision
• Ability to manage problems, collect data and establish facts
• Ability to communicate with all levels of personnel
