Assist in understanding research or operational goals & support translation into analytical tasks Gather & understand data from various sources, including surveys, databases, and online resources, to support research objectives. Support data preparation (e.g. cleaning, wrangling, labelling) using appropriate tools & programming languages (i.e. Python / R) under supervision Create simple charts or dashboards to identify trends, patterns & insights Conduct literature review on specific research projects Assist in write up on methods & analysis for study proposals, publication Submission of manuscripts & manage rebuttal from external reviewers Assist and facilitate in Biostatistics workshop To assist in specific tasks within the Research Department as required.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, Engineering, or other STEM-related field with at least 1-2 years of experience, preferably in healthcare setting Experience in data management and analytics work, with relevant experience in machine learning project (i.e. clustering/regression/time-series techniques) Intermediate-level skills in platforms/software like R/Python, Tableau
