Developer Role If you are passionate about Programming knowledge, enjoying debugging, creative in problem solving literally and figuratively, and attracted by IT and interact with techies, you will find the following scope of work challenging and interesting:

a. involved in end-to-end projects, helping the customers to step up to the next levels, better in areas where they already excel.

b. transform business system design and deliver quality solutions as per client requirements.

c. supporting our ongoing client engagements.

d. recommending and implementing improvements for existing developments.

e. preparing and updating technical documentation.

Consulting Role If you are analytical minded, enjoying a deep dive into the clients\' business processes, drawing an advanced problem-solving skill to guide customers through an IT implementation, with known passion, drive and perseverance, the consulting role could be the one you are looking for:

a. involved in the entire consulting cycle from A to Z, bridging the gap between business and IT.

b. involved in the forefront of client interaction, playing a crucial role to make sure that the clients\' requirements are captured understand and interpret the right way.

c. work in close collaboration with your team members and the clients to understand their needs, and translate them into high level design, including clear description of business logic and pseudo-code.

d. work together with internal team members through the cycle , from strategic analysis to implementation and support.

e. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and perform risk management to minimize project risks.

Requirements

4. We are looking for potential candidates with the following attributes to join us:

a. keen to understand business challenges; have a nose for entrepreneurship and new innovative technologies to provide high value solutions to clients.

b. good to have some knowledge on EIM (like OpenText) or ERP (like SAP products), but not a must.

c. possess excellent communication skills and can explain complex matters in a simple way.

d. good interpersonal and relationship building skills.

e. dynamic, strong analytical skills, yet a creative mind.

Developer Role

a. preferably have some development experience or exposure to the development environment in any software systems.

b. know or have some experience in troubleshooting and debugging.

c. good interpersonal and relationship building skills.

d. self-driven and ability to work independently.

e. open to learning and excited to enrich your knowledge.

Consulting Role

a. understand business challenges, have a nose for entrepreneurship and new innovative technologies to provide high value solutions to clients.

b. good to have some knowledge on OpenText and SAP products, though not necessary.

c. possesses excellent communication skills, able to explain complex matters in a simple way.

d. good in interpersonal and relationship building.
