Business Function Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Fee and Billing function. Monitor, reconcile and process
• Trailer and sales commission
• Insurance referral fees
• Custody Fees
• Others fee collection / processing relating to businesses supported by WMO
• Ensure effective oversight – monitoring, follow-up and escalation
• Coordinate with Product Managers on any new fees to be collected
• Coordinate with Business Teams on fee processing
• Ensure process and procedure are developed and updated
• Ensure processes are efficient, controlled and independently administered
• Entries posting and invoicing
• Support initiatives for the team

Requirements

• University Degree preferably in Business or Accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Independent, hands-on and delivery focused
• Have strong operational and oversight mind set
• Good communication skills; highly driven and self-starter
• Good understanding on impact of operations to business and stakeholders
• Expected to work with cross functional teams and drive positive outcome
• Systematic and disciplined approach to planning, organizing and decision making
