Business Function

Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank\'s operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

• Process Trade order placement, Settlement and Corporate Actions for Mutual Funds (Cash + Non Cash)
• Investigate and follow up on failed trades / settlement
• Investigate positions and cash breaks
• Attending to queries from BU and stakeholders
• Review processes and identify areas for improvement, change and enhanced risks and controls
• Ensure process and procedure are updated
• Ensure compliance to all established procedures and regulations
• Participate and support UAT for system enhancements and roll out

Requirements

• Degree in Banking, Business Studies or other related course of studies.
• At least 2 - 3 years experience in a Private Banking and/or Wealth Management Operations.
• Knowledge in Investment products (i.e. Equities/Bonds/Crypto).
• Functional knowledge/experience in back office support is required.
• Good team player, able to multi-task, self motivated with good interpersonal skill.
• Able to take on new tasks as and when required by the business and/or management.
• Meticulous, focused, alert with an eye for figures and details.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications especially MS Word and MS Excel.
• Flexible to rotate between Changi Business Park and Jurong East.
