About the Role

WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Responsible for handling full spectrum of finance operations ranging from account receivables for group insurance policies, account payables for vendors and third-party administrator, and administration of policy experience refund, ASO, reinsurance and reporting to support the department\'s overall business strategic and operational goals

WHAT YOU\'LL BE DOING

  • Perform receipting of group insurance premium payments
  • Process vendor and TPA invoices for payment
  • Administration of experience refund and ASO for group policies
  • Prepare, review and administer reinsurance accruals, settlement and statement.
  • Assist in assigned statistics and management information reporting
  • Responsible for managing the credit risk by ensuring effective premium collection and follow up on overdue premium according to credit control process.
  • Assist in Project scenario testing and collation
  • Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other business requirements.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in the financial reporting/financial operations/financial systems support. Experience with an insurance company would be preferred.
  • Graduates in Accountancy/Finance/Banking & Finance are preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. Computer literacy in SQL is a plus
  • Effective communicator, good analytical and problem-solving skill.
  • Strong data management skill. Reconciliation experience will be an advantage
  • Data management skills with reconciliation experience
