What you\'ll do:As an Analyst for Financial & Regulatory Reporting, you will play a crucial role in maintaining financial integrity by ensuring entries in the General Ledger are accurate. You will be responsible for preparing regulatory reports, attesting to monthly management information, analysing GST accounts, assisting in ad-hoc projects, contributing to finance EUC file reviews, and participating in initiatives impacting finance. Your commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance will drive your success in this role.

• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and quarter-end closing in Peoplesoft General Ledger

• Prepare regulatory reports accurately and promptly

• Attest to monthly management information with investigation and commentary on P&L and Balance Sheet variances

• Analyse and reconcile GST Accounts for the Singapore entities monthly

• Assist in department\'s ad-hoc projects implementation and departmental matters when required

• Contribute to the ongoing review and assessment of Finance EUC files

• Participate in various initiatives impacting Finance such as GL or source system implementation

What you bring:The ideal candidate for the Analyst position brings a degree in Accounting/Finance along with a CPA qualification. With more than two years of experience in the banking sector focusing on business management reporting area or auditing banks from Big 4 accounting firms, you have honed your problem-solving skills and developed strong communication abilities. Your proficiency in MS Office and VBA, coupled with your independent, well-organised, self-motivated nature, makes you a valuable team player.

• Degree in Accounting/Finance is required

• CPA qualification is highly desirable

• More than 2 years of working experience in the banking sector with strong academic background focusing on business management reporting area

• Candidates with experience auditing banks from Big 4 accounting firm will also be considered

• Good problem-solving skills are essential

• Strong communication skills with key stakeholders (Business, Senior Management, Regional Finance) are necessary

• Proficiency in MS Office (e.g. Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and VBA is required

• Independent, well-organised, self-motivated and a team player
