The CompanyOur client, in the oil and energy industry, is currently looking for a 6 months\' contract Finance Manager to join their dynamic team.

The RoleThe responsibilities encompass various financial tasks, including holding accountability for accounting and managing IRAS WHT declarations. This role involves overseeing Group Consolidation and preparing audited year-end group accounts. Acting as the main point of contact for external Singaporean auditors, the individual is involved in impairment exercises, Lease accounting under SFRS 116, and other year-end related corporate tasks. Additionally, responsibilities extend to managing Central Management Fees, Service Line Fees, and Interest charges from the Group to subsidiaries, along with handling internal banking matters such as loan structure and updating loan agreements. The scope also includes assisting the Group CFO with tasks such as conducting checks and balances on new acquisitions, facilitating the integration of new acquisitions, implementing new Travel & Expense (T&E) and approval routing models, and handling similar tasks as needed.

Your ProfileA bachelor\'s degree in Accountancy or an equivalent qualification, accompanied by relevant professional certifications such as CA (Chartered Accountant) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant), is required for this position. The role demands a robust foundation in technical accounting, group consolidation, and reporting.
