Description of Indospace IndoSpace is the largest owner and developer of industrial and logistics real estate in India, sponsored by leading private equity and real estate firms and backed by institutional investors. IndoSpace currently manages over US$2 billion in 3 active private equity funds and manages a 53 million square foot real estate portfolio.

Role Description The fund management analyst position will be based in Singapore and Indospace will provide the selected candidate with significant access to senior leaders within the firm. The candidate will have the opportunity to learn about all aspects of the real estate fund management business and will be expected to contribute to the growth of the business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Fund Management

• Create and maintain fund and portfolio management models. Analyze projected fund level cash flows, potential capital calls, distributions, and projected fund performance under various scenarios

• Create fund marketing materials including and not limited to pitchbooks, fund teasers, due diligence questionnaires, and platform overview decks

• Prepare quarterly investor reports for existing funds

• Assist to respond to any ad hoc investor requests for existing funds

• Manage investor due diligence during the fundraising process

• Work closely with internal teams to resolve any investor queries

• Assist the VP in the liquidity monitoring of the funds and the coordination with various internal teams with regard to capital calls and distributions

• Assist the VP in the financial modeling and tracking of the investment management company’s profitability

• Assist in the preparation of investment management company quarterly reporting to the board

• Assist in any ad-hoc market research projects with regards to the industry, competition, regulatory and economic landscape, and returns benchmarking

• Assist in the review of investment deal underwriting and investment committee memos
  

• At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in the real estate and/or investment industries on buy or sell side

• Institutional writing and presentation skills, attention to details

• Good quantitative skills and a strong foundation of finance and financial analysis

• Advance knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint, Argus a plus

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written as well as verbal)

• Demonstrate adaptability, flexibility and initiative
