Business Function

Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank\'s operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

• Process different types of transfer covering equities, fixed income, funds and digital assets.
• Liaise with different parties such as CDP, front office and external third parties for security transfer.
• Liaise with front office and custodian to ensure smooth settlement transfer.
• Ensure all cash and securities breaks are promptly investigated and follow up.
• Ensure all transfers instructions are processed in accordance the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s operating guidelines and compliance to market requirements.
• Handle security transfers queries from Front Office (FO) and other stakeholders.
• Assist in and lead ad-hoc projects on behalf of team. Work with project stakeholders in ensuring timely implementation.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
• Provide support to team leader as and when required.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma holder with minimum 3 years relevant working experience in Asset transfer.
• Proficient in MS Word & Excel.
• Able to multi-task, self-motivated with good interpersonal skill.
• Meticulous, alert & have an eye for figures & details.
• Able to work under pressure & work beyond working hours when transaction volume is high.
• Willing to work at Changi Business Park.
