Job's mission

As an Inventory Control Analyst, you'll be part of a global team that ensures our materials and work-in-progress (WIP) inventory are optimized to support production and innovation. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor, analyze, and manage inventory across ASM's global operations. What you will be working on

Support inventory control measures across global sites to meet inventory KPIs and working capital targets Monitor and report inventory levels and components across functions Conduct predictive analysis and proactively mitigate inventory risks Review and manage aging and slow-moving inventory with cross-functional teams Track and resolve aging WIP issues by collaborating with manufacturing and planning teams Support global materials programs aligned with ASM's inventory strategy Execute and report on assigned inventory management actions and projects Contribute as a specialist in inventory control within a global manufacturing environment

What we are looking for

Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline or Supply Chain Management Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and VBA Familiarity with inventory management concepts and optimization strategies Good communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented and comfortable working with data Self-motivated and able to work independently

What sets you apart

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik, Tableau) Knowledge of SAP S/4 Hanna MM and PP modules Understanding of planning and supply chain operations
