Key Responsibilities
Purchasing
Assist in demand planning and forecast analysis to maintain optimal stock levels.
Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure proper documentation.
Coordinate with suppliers on lead times, delivery schedules, and shipment tracking.
Inventory Coordination
Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet business demand without overstocking.
Update inventory management systems and generate accurate stock reports.
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with warehouse and transport providers.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Liaise with sales, logistics, warehouse, and finance teams to align procurement and stock strategies.
Assist in resolving supply chain issues and delivery discrepancies.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in
Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office and inventory management systems.
Ability to work independently, with attention to detail and accuracy.
