The II&S Asia Pacific team directly works with II&S global colleagues and Visa\xe2\x80\x99s Chief Diversity Officer and Head of Corporate Responsibility, and it sets out to facilitate achievement of inclusion, impact and sustainability goals for Visa in Asia Pacific. Closely engaging with all external stakeholders (clients, governments, nonprofits, etc.) and internal teams (functional teams and regional/country offices), the team plays an integral role in how Visa\xe2\x80\x99s social impact and sustainability strategy is implemented in the region. What an Analyst, Inclusive Impact & Sustainability does at Visa: The Analyst, Inclusive Impact & Sustainability, will have an opportunity to develop and leverage a robust understanding of the Inclusive Impact and Sustainability ecosystem, combined with an understanding of Visa\xe2\x80\x99s business and corporate objective, and engage with other stakeholders and partners of Visa both functionally and regionally to ensure program success. The role requires a highly motivated self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and eager to identify opportunities to solve problems. You are a dynamic team player with exceptional project management skills and the ability to structure and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. You are comfortable with working regionally and globally, across cultural, geographic and time zone boundaries. The expectations of this role include the following and is not limited to: Understand the Impact & Sustainability landscape, identify and report on trends that are relevant to Visa\xe2\x80\x99s strategy, programs, and objectives in this area. Support the development and execution of key programs, most notably: Ongoing development and innovation of our financial education and business upskilling platforms, including identifying new opportunities and use-cases for added value Partnerships with key clients and stakeholders to integrate/deploy financial education and business upskilling in their programs/products/platforms Execute both above in partnership with other Visa functions and local markets Support the engagement and relationship-building with key regional partners, including government agencies, non-profit organizations, multi-lateral agencies and impact-driven businesses. Support the internal and external communications of II&S achievements, developments, and innovations to improve Visa thought leadership visibility and encourage engagement. Coordinate and manage II&S\xe2\x80\x99 team contributions to Visa\xe2\x80\x99s responses to client proposals and prospect and partner presentations Support measurement and monitoring of key results for II&S programs and initiatives in the region, including measurement of our progress towards our impact goals Engage and support Visa Community Volunteering Leaders and Employee Resource Group Leaders throughout AP region in their plans for volunteering and community engagement. This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications What you will need:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree with 5+ years of work experience
English proficiency required; familiarity with Asian language is desired (e.g., Chinese, Hindi, Bahasa Indonesia, etc.)

Additional Information: This position requires the incumbent to travel for work 0 - 15% of the time based on existing country regulations.
