JOB PURPOSE:

The IT Analyst, reporting to the Senior IT Manager, is responsible for providing the necessary support to the software development as well as data analytics functions of the team. He or She will learn new in-house application, prepare user documentation, and conduct application training for the users. The IT Analyst will also be responsible for organising content and documentation as well as workflow processes as when required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business and system requirements.
• Work closely with software development and data analytics teams to develop and enhance applications to meet function and technical specifications.
• Application testing.
• Prepare technical documentation.
• Prepare and conduct application user training.
• Automate workflow processes.
• Identify opportunities and suggest recommendations for system improvements.

JOB HOLDER\'S COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE:

• Degree in Computer Science or related Engineering fields
• Fresh graduates or less than 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Resourceful and able to work independently.
• Meticulous, systematic, process-oriented, and able to organize and prioritize work well.
• Fast learner and willing to learn new domains and new applications.
• Experience in frontend and backend web application will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficient with C# Programming
• Proficient with SQL Queries
• Familiar with Agile methodology
• Familiar with ServiceNow
