Job Responsibilities: Responsible for day-to-day loan operations activities (bilateral/ syndication), ensuring timely, accurate and reliable processing of loan disbursements, rate-fixing, rollovers and collection of principal repayment, interest and fees in accordance to the agreed Service Level Agreement with internal or external clients. Process and effect accounting entries for Payments/ SWIFT/GL transactions Reconciliation and investigations of loan transaction/ nostro accounts Daily Operations in accordance with MAS regulations, Bank Policies and Unit ProcedureCustomer Work in partnership with Relationship Managers and Product Offices to execute requests specifically for loan. Work in partnership with Branch Credit on credit limit or transaction issues. Work in partnership with colleagues in Head Office on operating procedures or system enhancement. Support and coordinate with team to respond in a timely matter to auditors and regulators.People Strong cooperation with team members on daily operations and adhere to all company policies / guidelines.Others/ Controls Provide input into operation processes and workflows to deliver best practice, efficiency and mitigate risk. Input/ approve daily transactions including but not limited to Loan, Trade loans and sanctions screening in accordance to bank's policies and guidelines. Prepare and generate periodic report including but not limited to financial, exceptional handling, incident and loan overdue report. Participate in relevant project undertake by the department. Maintain good working knowledge of industry trends, products, relevant laws and regulations.Job Requirements: Minimum Diploma in any field Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in loan operations/credit administration Sound knowledge of operation to support transaction processing A self-starter and problem solver with initiative and a strong drive to achieve quality work Strong communication and presentation skills Proficient in MS Office suite of applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)We regret to inform that only shortlisted applicants will be notified.Job ID: 10054342
