Industry: Real EstateFunction: Commercial / Retail Lease ManagementResponsibilities:

Handle finance-related tasks such as maintaining rent and tenancy records, analyzing tenant sales performance (including top performers and sales by trade categories), and assessing rental, sales, and occupancy costs monthly.
Prepare ACG, Board, weekly forecast, and monthly reports, conducting analysis as required.
Support ad-hoc analysis and/or reporting as and when required by management.

Requirements

Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or its equivalent.
Team-oriented and creative with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proactive and eager to learn, capable of multitasking and working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in MS Excel, resourceful, with analytical abilities and expertise in financial modeling.
