Position Summary The Analyst, Portfolio Management will be part of the Portfolio Management team based in Singapore. Working closely with other InfraCo Asia teams and the project co-sponsors, the Analyst will play a key role in supporting the implementation and management of projects InfraCo Asia invests in (post-investment to Financial Close and/or exit). This includes supporting project development activities, continuous monitoring/assessment of the investment's business case, and engagement with external partners, project company staff, co-sponsorsand other project stakeholders. The Analyst will also prepare approval requests that go to the InfraCo Asia's Executive Committee (Exco) and the PIDG Investment Committee (PIDG IC). Requirements and Attributes Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics and/or Engineering from a reputable university 4 to 6 years of hands-on work experience in infrastructure project development, project finance and/or investment management in Asia (substantial experience in project finance documentation, equity agreements, refinancing and/or exits ideal) Strong experience in infrastructure sector, work experience with international development institutions and/or regional experience in Asia would be advantageous Understanding of both debt and equity investment structures, understanding of market risk analysis and management as it relates to financial transactions Entrepreneurial, and self-directed individual with strong intellect and demonstrated ability to effectively complete tasks with demanding timelines and competing priorities Ability to multi-task and prioritize assigned work tasks Highly proficient in both oral and written English. Proficiency in one or more of the regional languages in one of the countries where InfraCo Asia is mandated to work is a plus Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel (some modelling skills required), PowerPoint and Project Strong appreciation and passion for PIDG and InfraCo Asia's mandate with a strong work ethic and desire to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment essential.
