Job Responsibilities:

Support and drive sourcing activities through the utilization of applicable corporate policies.

Execute and support cost saving initiatives that deliver value in the indirect Procurement of goods and services.

Support new supply sources where vendors and suppliers are inadequate

Stay abreast of commodity prices that are significant drivers in the cost of products and the impact that commodity cost changes have on unit cost.

Checks requisitions, obtains quotations, issuing of RFP/RFQ, conducting bid analysis and see through contracting and tender award process

Support and prepare periodic reports on indirect Procurement activities.

Liaise with Strategic Sourcing/Category Managers/ Procurement specialist and highlight any concerns observed in the tactical sourcing space, to ensure alignment with broader strategy

Job Requirements:

Minimum three years\' procurement /category management/ sourcing

Experience in using sourcing platforms like Ariba/ Zyrus/ Coupa

Degree qualified

Has handled high volumes of spot-buy, ITQs, RFQs

Ability to plan and prioritize work independently.

Strong stakeholder facing and relationship building experience

Excellent interpersonal and communication (written, verbal) skills.

Performance-driven balanced with proven success of working effectively in a cross-functional team in an international environment.

Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
