Business Function DBS Group Research is positioned as the thought leader for all Business Units within the bank. It delivers superior insights by employing active bottom-up research with sectoral and macro thematic analysis to identify moneymaking and trading opportunities. DBS Group Research has been consistently successful in helping Relationship Managers and Product Sales teams optimize their business and capital market decisions to better serve institutional and private banking clients. Specifically within DBS Group Research, the Economics & Macro Strategy team consists of economists and strategists covering currencies, interest rates, and major economics across the globe. The Equity research team is made up of a network of analysts covering key regional stock markets, while the Credit research team provides investment recommendations on SGD and USD corporate bonds. Job Role The successful applicant will report to Asian Insights team, an integral part of DBS Group Research, bridging the gap between our research teams and engineering professionals. He / She will be part of the program that maintains and improves operation and enhancement processes on web platforms. The work may also include data preparation, data integrity verification to product troubleshooting, software bugs fixing. Responsibilities

• Work closely across diverse user groups of the program and ensure timely delivery.
• Reply user’s feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate program activities, including simple tasks and larger plans.
• Initiate site QA process improvements and participate in regression/stress testing activities.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production release validations which could occur after office hours.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Mathematics/Statistics/Economics or equivalent.
• Self-motivated and proactive team player, with a desire to learn and develop professionally.
• Preferably with experience in machine learning.
• Good to have experience in front-end web development and/or web analytics.
