Responsibilities

  • Originate and promote Japanese Corporate involved full/limited/non-recourse and/or corporate real estate finance transactions/business within APAC and to improve revenue growth while in compliance with rules, regulations and internal guidelines
  • Support the monitoring of Japanese Corporate involved full/limited/non-recourse and/or corporate real estate finance transactions and provide post-closing maintenance for the transactions
  • By liaising with stakeholders in Tokyo Head Office, particularly Real Estate Head Quarter and Solution Products Division, formulate and promote business growth strategies for Japanese Corporate involved real estate business in various markets within Asia Pacific
  • Build relationship with internal and external customers/stakeholders, and earn trust by delivering quality work
Requirements
  • Degree qualified
  • Experience in Corporate banking in relationship management.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate finance origination (full/limited/non-recourse)
  • Relationship Management experience in Real estate sector coverage is preferred, but not a requirement
  • Experience in arranging or participating in syndicated loans will be positively evaluated
  • IT skill to use MS office applications. Excel skills that can handle several spreadsheets properly (pivot table/ vlookup), MS Power point is also a tool to create the periodic report
  • A team player who is able to work / collaborate well with various stakeholders in a large Tokyo-based Japanese organization with communication skill and sense of responsibility
  • Presentation skills to effectively communicate with internal overseas stakeholders including management members of the Bank
  • Accuracy of work to complete the duties so that the management and the other marketing staffs can work smoothly
  • Business proficiency in written, reading and spoken Japanese as this individual will need to work closely with the relevant Japanese Corporate primary offices, planning teams and various stakeholders in Japan\xe2\x80\x9d
  • Good understanding and business experience towards/with Japanese financial institutions and the Japanese real estate industry.
