Job Description
This position reports to the Senior Vice President and supports the Real Estate team in middle to back operations.Responsibilities
- Perform various real estate market research such as rent/buy/sell in region (e.g. South East Asia, South Asia and Oceania).
- Perform periodic monitoring of real estate market information.
- Real estate market data gathering and prepare analysis and insights.
- Support existing/on-going/potential project follow-ups and monitoring.
- Liaise with sales teams on various activities such as documentation and communication.
- Provide administrative support to real estate team.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Economics or other related disciplines
- Around 2 years of experience in the real estate or financial industry.
- Possess experience in data analysis
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Able to work under pressure and fast paced environment.
