With dedicated Relationship Managers and Product Specialists providing local support and advice across countries and territories, HSBC helps connect customers to opportunities.We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Analyst - Relationship Service Manager.Principal Responsibilities

  • RM support: the WCS Analyst supports the RM on day-to-day activities, with a focus on query and issue management. This entails coordination with a wide set of internal and external stakeholders to add value to RMs and our clients
  • Credit: while there are separate dedicated teams who support detailed credit analysis and proposals, the WCS Analyst will co-ordinate the end-to-end credit process with clients and internal operations teams, including facilitating Credit Applications, Credit Monitoring and Maintenance, and ad hoc General Servicing and Query Management
  • Client Onboarding and periodic CDD/KYC reviews: the WCS Analyst coordinates the onboarding of new clients to HSBC, enabling existing clients to avail new products as well as maintaining up to date CDD information for clients
  • Financial Crime Risk Management: the WCS Analyst is critical to ensuring HSBC\xe2\x80\x99s adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies
Requirements
  • Excellent client servicing and problem solving, with a client-centric mindset, proactively address challenges, and work under pressure
  • Strong communication and inter-personal skills, with an ability to interact with a variety of internal and external stakeholders at various levels of seniority
  • Risk management: familiarity with AML/KYC requirements, credit and financial analysis, and regulatory environments are highly beneficial
  • The WCS Analyst role is intended for applicants with at least 2 years of work experience, which may not necessarily be in banking and finance. New graduates with related education but are new to the work force may also be considered if they can demonstrate some of the above skills
