Business Function

Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. Requirements

• To verify and authorise remittance transactions (MEPS, OTT, ITT, Funds Transfer, Demand Draft, Cashier's Order), ensure accuracy and meet SLA
• To liaise with Correspondent Agent on any remittance investigation
• To liaise with front office, business on any remittances queries and investigations
• To regularly review on SOP and contribute ideas on process improvement
• Participate in issues discussions, process improvements and propose changes as & when necessary
• To participate in UAT/Projects as and when required.
• Perform investigation of breaks/differences identified and do necessary follow-up
• Escalate issues/concerns to Team Manager and work towards resolution
• Participate in projects, work with Team Manager on process improvements and streamlining of processes through automation

Requirements

• Degree in any discipline / field with minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Team player who is able to work independently.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Meticulous and an eye for details.
• Excellent interpersonal and communicational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
