Job Description
Business FunctionGroup Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank\'s operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.Responsibilities
- Process and settle daily Central Provident Fund Investment Scheme (CPFIS) and Supplementary Retirement (SRS) trades timely and accurately.
- Prepare and issue payments to Product Providers.
- Liaise with Product Providers on trade matters.
- Liaise with CPF Board on scheme matters and funds status.
- Prepare and issue payment to IRAS for SRS withholding tax and penalty fees.
- Ensure prompt settlement of Corporate Action events such as Tender Offer, Warrant Conversion and others.
- Perform check on reconciliation breaks.
- Manage queries from Customer Centre and branches.
- Participate and provide support in Operations initiatives/projects.
- Minimally Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Banking or Business with minimum 2 years of banking experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Good in interpersonal and problem-solving skills
