Business FunctionGroup Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank\'s operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.Responsibilities

• Process Central Provident Fund Investment Scheme (CPFIS) and Supplementary Retirement Scheme (SRS) trades
• Process CPF/SRS customers\xe2\x80\x99 Rights entitlement, Tender Offer, Warrant Conversion and other Corporate Action events accurately and in a timely manner before their respective cut-off times
• Liaise and follow-up with staff of various product providers and other department/section in DBS
• Perform daily/monthly/quarterly reconciliation of holdings/balances
• Process closure for Retiree account, voluntary closure of accounts and refund of funds to Ordinary Account
• Process account transfer
• Answer queries (via CRM, phone, email) from Contact Centres/branches
• Assist on projects to improve work process and reduce operational risk

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration/Business/Banking/Finance or a related discipline
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel & Word
• Some knowledge of investment related products/areas (FD, insurance, Unit Trust etc)
• Ability to work as a team and to multi-task
• Possess effective communication skills
