Principal Responsibilities

Analyst for ASEAN property sector responsible for formulating selective stock views and supporting senior property analyst on stock and sector coverage
Write stock, sector and/or thematic reports, maintain financial models and industry databases, participate in company meetings and presentations, fulfil client requests, engage with company management and investor relations as well as developing industry contacts
Collaboration with colleagues in regional and global team on thematic research reports
Pro-actively servicing external clients to deliver client votes as well as satisfying demands of internal stakeholders

Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong excel and modelling skills. Good in dealing with extensive data
Individual with property sector knowledge and good understanding of ASEAN markets preferred
Ability to work independently and proactively
Good education background, ASEAN language an advantage
Team player, diligent, organised and inquisitive
