Our Client is a world leader and one of the pioneers in the manufacturing industry of semiconductor equipments. With a recent expansion in product offerings and an expert in process technology, they aim to maintain and improve their current performance both locally and regionally of which they are seeking for an Analyst to be based at their HQ in Singapore.
You will be reporting to the Manager of Global Business Fulfilment directly. The majority of your responsibilities will include facilitating customer and organisational communication, ensuring on-time delivery and optimising support.
Your responsibilities include:
To ensure that customer orders are fulfilled in a timely manner
Drive revenue targets by managing bookings, billings, and backlogs
Validate customers, sales units, and business fulfilment regularly
Support business requirements by preparing and analysing periodic reports
To assist factory planners and logistics in planning shipments
Serve as the primary contact between the business unit, the sales team, the production planning group, and the operations group
Support internal and external customers optimally by managing daily operations and optimising available resources
Implement new processes to support changing business requirements
Perform other duties as assigned
The Successful Applicant
You should have a Diploma or a Degree in business related field and experience in customer service or order fulfilment role in the semiconductor industry. You must possess strong negotiation and interpersonal skills; with the ability to work as a team in a multi-level and fast-paced organisation. It is essential that you are resourceful, analytical and good at problem solving. You should be proficient in Excel and other relevant analytical tools such as Oracle ERP, as well as be able to prepare business analysis reports for presentation. Project management skill is an added advantage.
