Our Restructuring team works with companies in financial distress \xe2\x80\x93 to restructure and to stabilise the business or to recover value on behalf of stakeholders. We have over 170 professional staff with diverse background and deep experience from accounting and agriculture to mining and real estate. Our Forensic team uncover, analyse and clarify facts at the centre of disputes, investigations and other sensitive matters. We are one of the largest teams of forensic investigators, forensic accountants, forensic technology and e-discovery experts in Asia-Pacific. We are also regularly called upon to give evidence in high-profile disputes and investigations.

The opportunity

We are looking for an Analyst to join our team based in Singapore. You will have the opportunity to work on some of the most complex and diverse engagements across both our Restructuring and Forensic teams. As a member of the KordaMentha team, you will:

• Be working with some of the most experienced Restructuring and Forensic professionals in the market.
• Have exposure to a diverse range of engagements and clients, with opportunities for work-related travel.
• Work in a support team environment, one where we place high importance on the development of skills and knowledge, via on-the-job learning and formal training.
• Be a key member involved in marketing and business development events and activities.
• Be a part of the wide KordaMentha group, which has an active social culture including team sports, involvement in various charities and social functions.

Requirements

A suitable candidate for this position will have the following:

• Completed an Accounting, Commerce, Commerce/Law degree or Business degree
• One to three years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in an accounting role is preferred
• The ability to demonstrate strong analytical skills as well as critical thinking
• Be highly competent in using MS Excel and other MS Office applications
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills
• An interest to contribute to and participate in marketing initiatives and business development activities
• Be motivated and prepared to deliver the highest standards of client service.
