Job Title: Analyst ( Structure Finance/Investment Management) (ID4276) Location: Seletar Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8.00am-5.30pm Salary: $4000-$6000 Purpose of the Job: Aviation Asset Management ("AA Job Title: Analyst ( Structure Finance/Investment Management) (ID4276) Location: Seletar Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8.00am-5.30pm Salary: $4000-$6000 Purpose of the Job: Aviation Asset Management ('AAM') is building a high quality organization to efficiently manage and optimize investment returns on its owned and managed asset portfolios. The Analyst will provide key support to the Head (VP/DGM) Aviation Finance across all facets of the investment management process. It will also be a key member on the financing team in support of the continuing build-up of the asset portfolio the company will own and manage. Key Job Accountabilities: . Asset Backed Securitization (ABS) . Working closely with Managing Agent, to: . Maintain portfolio models of assets in ABS managed by the Company or its affiliates . To monitor, evaluate and forecast performance for the purposes of optimizing results. . Review and analyse cashflow schedules to be prepared by Managing Agent . Oversee monthly noteholder reports, rating agency reports and any other reporting requirements as needed . Monitor transaction performance, update and review transaction risks (changes in concentrations, performance relative to triggers, compliance with covenants, etc . Preparation of internal memo for reviews with management before reports are issued to investors . Supporting investor relations activities . Supporting regular and ad-hoc ABS Issuer Board Meetings . Other support duties or assignments as required in the ABS. Financing : . Support the sourcing of debt funding from the corporate lending market, aviation asset backed financing markets and capital markets . Seek most optimal financing terms and structure through effective interactions with financiers . Support transactions process for financing documentation. . Aviation Research . Evaluate macroeconomic and financial market issues that may affect the aviation asset management business of ST Engineering . Research and conduct analysis on critical issues impacting the aviation landscape, including customers, suppliers, financiers, competitors and leasing companies . Support initiatives on future plans for the Company and provide research on Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) matters . Present research and analysis to both internal and external stakeholders on strategic issues of importance to AAM, and to stimulate discussion leading to executable transactions. . Aviation Leasing Deals . Support the internal approval processes for aviation leasing deals, including the review of pricing models, maintenance events forecast models, and debt financing schedules. Required Experience and Qualifications: . BA degree preferred in Aviation/Finance/ Economics/ Aeronautical Engineering . At least 2 years of treasury background . Proven research skills clear and concise analysis and reporting writing . Structured Finance / Investment management experience a plus . Experience in asset backed securities / investment trusts will be advantageous . Strong quantitative, analytical and financial modelling skills - and strong ability to adapt . Practiced and proven communication and presentation skills . Team Player Commitment to deliver high quality work
