Analyst, Trade Finance Operations (bank Guarantee)

Job Description
Role and Responsibilities:
- Issue and manage bank guarantees for corporate clients.
- Serve as an internal advisor on all bank guarantee activities and processes.
- Monitor day-to-day bank guarantee activities and ensure that fees are correctly accounted for and collected.
- Review client and bank requests for guarantees issuance, ensuring legal acceptability and compliance with the bank\'s standards.
- Manage invoicing to clients and banks.
- Ensure accuracy in fee calculations for guarantees and production of invoices.
- Provide support to the Client Services team.
- At least 3 years of equivalent experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken in English, are essential for managing the issuing of guarantees, with regard to legal, compliance, and risk aspects.
- Ability to work well in a team and perform under pressure.
- Proficient in Excel with strong analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Trade Finance Products is an added advantage.
