Primary Purpose:
Tapestry is looking for an Analyst to support the Treasury Operations across its three brands of Coach, Kate Spade and Stuart Weitzman based in Singapore. The Analyst of Treasury Operations will be responsible for the day-to-day execution treasury operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and excel skills and in-depth understanding of financial statement analysis. Treasury Operations

  • Set daily cash position and recommend internal funding in TMS Kyriba
  • Process internal cash settlements and third-party wire payments
  • Maintain short-term liquidity forecast, analyze and investigate cash flow trends and variances
  • Monitor cash balances and review cash management and investments report in order to make recommendations with respect to use of excess cash
  • Prepare quarterly cash flow forecast for the Supply Chain entity
  • Ensure timely confirmation and accurate settlement of FX hedges and FX spot trades
  • Provide guidance to Accounting on the proper GL treatment for Treasury transactions
  • Develop and maintain cash management and investment reports
  • Prepare month-end and quarter-end cash reporting and SEC support documents
  • Manage new bank account opening and closing and manage ongoing KYC requirements as requested by banks
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly cash and investment reporting for senior management
  • Work closely with business units and bank relationships to research and resolve issues promptly and accurately
  • Manage inter-company loans and interest portfolio and settlement of bi-annual loan interest
  • Work closely with business units for global insurance program renewals, manage insurance certificates and claims requests


Special Projects
  • Work across teams to support acquisition integration as need arises
  • Identify opportunities for business process efficiency improvements
  • Provide deliverables in a timely and accurate manner
  • Perform special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis as necessary

The accomplished individual will possess...
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in global treasury operations, bank back office, accounting or finance
  • Prior experience with knowledge of TMS Kyriba, and SAP is desirable
  • Working knowledge of insurance certificates and claims is a plus point
