Location: Singapore


Responsibilities:

Tracking and reporting the status of Changes (BAU initiatives/New Instruments/Business Related Projects) to stakeholders. Able to plan delivery workflow for Changes. Able to drive conversation independently with TECH and BU owner for Prioritization and Planning. Coordinate meeting arrangements between TECH and BU Owner. Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM) and publishing it. Work with Tech PMs on ad hoc tasks and the Program Managers of the program Support Tech PMs in managing stakeholder expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholder communications, and helping to implement an effective system of project governance
