Role Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly skilled and detailed-oriented Sales Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing valuable insights and recommendations based on the analysis of the sales data. Your work will directly impact our sales strategies, revenue generation and overall business performances.
Responsibilities

  • Collect, Clean and Analyse data from various sources not limited to CRM systems, sales performances, dialler reports and other relevant databases
  • Identify trends, patterns and key drivers within the sales data to uncover valuable insights and provide actionable recommendations to the management
  • Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards and reports that provide real time visibility into key sales metrics such as revenue, conversion rates, customers acquisition and product performances
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams, including Product, Retail Analytics, Digital, Scorecard Performances, Operations, Finance etc to derive key analysis and timely reporting
  • Conduct regular Sales forecasting and contribute to demand planning activities to support resource allocation decisions and strategies
  • Monitor and evaluate sales initiatives and promotional campaigns, providing analysis on their effectiveness and ROI
  • Prepare slides (PowerPoints) on analysis and recommendations for management use
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to streamline data collection
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies related to sales analytics and data visualisation

Our Ideal Candidate
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or a related field
  • 1 + year experience in Data Analysis.
  • Strong track record of delivering actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collect, Clean and Analyse data from various sources not limited to CRM systems, sales performances, dialler reports and other relevant databases
  • Identify trends, patterns and key drivers within the sales data to uncover valuable insights and provide actionable recommendations to the management
