Job Description



The Analyst/Associate, Client Management Office (CMO) works closely with the various functional leads within the CMO to enable Sales to have successful client (and prospect) interactions, drive a world-class marketing and sustainability strategy and deliver an outstanding client experience and expanded product offering. Reporting to the Client Insights and Engagement Director, this individual is responsible for helping the functional leads and Head of the CMO with the day-to-day running of the division through efficient planning and coordination, effective communication and comprehensive reporting.

Responsibilities

Client Insight and Engagement

  • Assist with Client Group activities’ analysis, strategy/governance development and management reporting (including Board meeting requirements)
  • Help contribute to global initiatives by ensuring the APAC Client Group voice is heard and requirements are captured and included for Global CRM team consideration
  • Help resolve data and financial issues to improve Management Information quality; assist with Controls reviews and approvals, and facilitate Salesforce requirements to drive efficiency and effectiveness within the APAC Client Group
  • Support APAC Client Group projects, initiatives and communications, and promote best practices and efficiency (Salesforce requirements and enhancements, Air Traffic Control management, etc.)
  • Coordinate complicated schedules with multiple internal and external individuals with a high level of organization and professionalism, and assist with regional invoicing procedures


Offering & Shelf Management
  • Work closely with the Offering and Shelf function to help develop new product ideas and support the regular innovation forums
  • Help create original content and resources to facilitate the sale and marketing of funds, such as presentations, brochures and web pages
  • Assist with developing insights for - and analysis of - abrdn’s fund offering (Performance reporting, etc.)


Marketing
  • Help coordinate and execute regional marketing activities and ensure the consistent roll-out of campaigns and key initiatives
  • Work with APAC Marketing stakeholders on post-campaign reporting, collation of Marketing plans and reports, and timely reporting
  • Support Sustainable Investing marketing on regular BAU projects including social media executions/scheduling and client newsletters

General
  • Help manage the monthly CMO communication that goes out to key stakeholders across the organization
  • Assist with the CMO scorecard which provides a regular update on key growth drivers and progress against KPIs
  • Organize the bi-weekly CMO leadership meeting agenda and manage the minutes


Presentations & RFPs
  • Assist with interdepartmental communications and general functional planning
  • Help manage day-to-day work streams and projects and maintain reports that cover those activities
  • Assist with the analysis of CRM data and generate insightful reports for management (covering Presentations and RFP activities)


Requirements
  • 2-3 years of work experience, preferably within financial services
  • Organized, detail-oriented, resourceful and results-driven
  • Able to multitask effectively, manage multiple stakeholders, plan accordingly and deliver timely outputs
  • A naturally collaborative individual who enjoys contributing to a team and learning
  • Hungry to develop a deeper and broader knowledge of the industry in Asia that could lead to a successful career within Sales, Marketing, Product, etc.
  • A creative thinker with strong English language skills, happy to take on a variety of different tasks with guidance from the senior members of the CMO team
