We serve as GIC\'s primary relationship manager for our key external stakeholders, including our clients, the Ministry of Finance and the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Our team also provides secretariat support to the GIC Board, and key management committees.

What impact can you make in this role?

You will be part of a team that leads client relations and handles corporate governance at GIC.

Reporting to SVP, Head, Governance and Client Relations, the scope of the incumbent will include:

  • Monitoring and ensuring that the large deal approval processes are well managed.
  • Supporting the ongoing enhancements to the systems and apps used by the department.
  • Supporting the corporate administrative tasks of the Board and board committee secretariat functions, including the reappointments/appointments, fee payments, device management, and updating of business profiles.
  • Ensuring proper documentation of correspondences with board, board committees and clients.
  • Performing duties as a secretariat to group management committees as appropriate.
  • Driving the implementation of corporate-related projects including but not limited to forums organized for Board and Board committees.
  • Collating and coordinating the client monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Representing client\'s interests in discussion and issues relating to clients\' mandates. regulatory and tax issues.
Desired Attributes & Competencies:
  • A Degree/Diploma holder, with at least 1-2 years\' of relevant work experience relevant to the job description preferred.
  • Tech savvy, strong judgement, and possess an innovative mindset; open to exploring and learning new skills and knowledge to improve work process and systems.
  • Is client-oriented and willing to go the extra mile.
  • A team-player and is also able to work independently to deliver results and support the team\'s business outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
  • Strong command of spoken and written English language.
