The individuals will be based in Singapore and will cover the client base for South and Southeast Asia respectively.Job Responsibilities include:Support execution of leveraged financing transactions for financial sponsor clientsUndertake financial modelling and credit diligence, prepare internal materials and assist with managing internal approval and other processesPrepare client presentations and support client relationship development through deal execution and pitchingAssist with review / negotiate legal documentation incl. commitments papers and credit agreementsJob Requirements:Degree qualifiedFor Analyst level:Minimum 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in corporate finance and/or financial advisory experienceMinimum 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in financial modelling, credit analysis and documentationFor Associate level:Minimum 4 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in corporate finance and/or financial advisory experienceMinimum 4 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in financial modelling, credit analysis and documentationBoth positions will require experience with stakeholder management to collaborate with other departmentsWe regret to inform that only shortlisted applicants will be notified.MUFG Bank Ltd & MUFG Securities Asia Limited (collectively referred to as \xe2\x80\x9cMUFG\xe2\x80\x9d) is an equal opportunity employer.
