AF is a market leading arranger and underwriter of leveraged loans backing buyouts by some of the largest top tier global private equity funds.AF APAC is responsible for arranging and underwriting leveraged loan transactions in the region, building a leveraged loan book and coverage of global and regional private equity funds operating in Asia and Australia.This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast paced environment gaining exposure to live deals, working directly with senior bankers in the industry.Duties and responsibilities1. Responsible for specific tasks in the credit approval process, including:Financial modelling (including advanced LBO modelling)Valuation analysisAnalysis of due diligenceSupport in drafting of credit applications2. Contribute to the origination of new transactions by drafting pitch booksWhat do we ask of you?
