You will be part of the team to formulate and execute strategies for the Company and the New Business Division.
Monitor and track real estate trends and their impact on the Group\'s business strategies and investments.
Constantly develop and renew industry / sector knowledge and macro and regulatory changes.
Work closely with the investment team to source and identify new investment opportunities or new areas of interest.
Performing research, due-diligence, analysis, and financial modelling on potential investments to assess financial metrics and build investment case.
Prepare presentation deck and materials for investment committee\'s discussion and approval.
Provide support for various aspects of strategic planning work including formulation of strategies, budgeting, and country reviews.
Assists in organizing and acting as secretariat for leadership council meetings, ensuring key issues discussed are tracked and addressed accordingly.
Drive cadence of strategic project meetings and stakeholder engagement to augment the project\'s success.
Consolidate and synthesize the different sources of information to support the Company\'s communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent, preferably in Real Estate/Business or related discipline.
Preferably 1-5 years working experience with the top 5 real estate consultancy or investment/fund management firm.
Prior experience in real estate investment, research, or strategic planning is a plus.
Financial modelling, valuation and accounting skills is a plus.

Organization skills, and ability to prioritise and execute tasks effectively.
High level of interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
