Job Description

We're hiring an Analytics Engineer to join our data team, working primarily within a DOMO environment. This hybrid role is 60-70% analytics-focused and 30-40% data engineering, responsible for transforming raw data into trusted datasets and building insightful dashboards that drive decision-making across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Develop data models and dashboards in DOMO to support business analytics needs.
Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to ensure clean, scalable data flows.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and documentation across systems.
Promote best practices in data governance, version control, and model testing.
Requirements
2-5 years of experience in analytics engineering, BI, or data roles.
Strong SQL skills and experience with DOMO, dbt, and modern data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake).
Familiarity with ETL/ELT tools and version control (e.g., Git).
Strong business acumen, communication, and problem-solving skills.
