Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Determine technical suitability of analyzer for application and prepare data-sheet
- Perform basic engineering calculations
- Perform detail design and engineering of analytical systems including layout drawings, structural drawings, sampling schematic, wiring drawings, HVCAC design, third party system integration (DCS/AMADAS/DAS)
- Selection of electrical equipment suitable for hazardous area classification according to various standards
- Prepare Master Bill of Material, issue Material Request, evaluate technical quote and coordinate with Sourcing/PM for buyout materials
- Support QC/Production/Service Engineer for quality checks, fabrication and testing activities
- Prepare final documentations
- Diploma in engineering (chemical/instrumentation) or relavant qualifications.
- 2 years relevant experience in the analytical system integration industry.
- Familiar with various industry standards, e.g. IEC, ASME, ISO etc.
- Familiar with specific country / area regulatory and certification requirements, e.g. Russia, Australia, Offshore, etc.
- Chemical Engineering Calculations (Phase Envelope, Flow Calculation, Pressure Drop Calculation, Heating Calculation, etc)
- Industrial knowledge in oil and gas/structural/mechanical/power and signal distribution/networking/PLC/control system design
- Knowledge in hazardous area installation
