Anbros Industries is hiring a Production Supervisor (perm basis).

About the company

• The factories are equipped with fully automated machines and accorded several certifications and licences including, FSSC 22000 V4.1, ISO 22000:2005, Singapore Food Agency (Grade A), Halal Certifications, Biz-safe Level 3
• The Company is well established in Singapore

Location: 5 Pioneer Sector Walk, Singapore 032659 (extreme West area; 2-way transport is provided)

Work Hours: Mon to Fri, 8am to 8pm

• Bus pick up at 710am @ Boon Lay MRT to office
• Bus pick up from Anbros back to Boon Lay MRT is at 8pm daily
• Salary: Up to $3,800 per month (depending on experience, can stretch slightly for more senior exp cdds)

• 1 month AWS + approx. 1 mth performance bonus (subject to performance)
• 14 days AL + Med/Dental Benefits apply
• Daily lunch is provided

Other key information

• C/M only
• Diploma in Food Science / Electrical or Mechanical engineering
• Have experience running a production line leading a team of operators (approx. 20 to 30 pax)
• Preferably experience in Food Manufacturing line; but not a must have, open to folks from other manufacturing lines too

Production Supervisor

• Ensure that products are manufactured according to cGMP & HACCP standards
• Liaise with production coordinator and the Management on any change or delay in production schedule
• Liaise with R&D on any shortage or quality issue regards to the raw material
• Report raw material characteristic to QC of regular intervals. e.g. raw material - foreign particle, colour appearance, texture, odour
• Conduct briefing to operators regards to production matters or any information that is required by the Management
• Check the machinery and utilities on shift basis, and if found out of order, to liaise with external contractual maintenance upon approval by the Management
• Work and coordinate together with Batching Leader and Maintenance team
• To key and update production output details in the Navision promptly
• Prepare and submit reports to the Management

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Food Science / Electrical or Mechanical engineering
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Team player, detail oriented and positive attitude
