PRODUCTION SUPERVISORLocation: Dasmariaas, CaviteJob Type: Permanent, Full-TimeSchedule: 6 days a week, 48 hours (with overtime)Salary: Up to 35,000 dependent on experienceA Chemical Manufacturing Company is currently looking for a Production Supervisor to work in a heavy industries environment.Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Manage and supervise production and packaging plant
- Oversee office functions and introduce efficient and safe manufacturing processes
- Increase company output and customer satisfaction by directing procedures
- Ensure the quality of raw materials prior to its use in production
- Oversee, manage and train personnel
- Coordinate, implements and document all process improvements initiatives.
- BacheloraEUR(TM)s Degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or any Business Course
- At least 2 years supervisory work experience in the production within a manufacturing company
- Must have excellent English Communication Skills.
- 8 hour shift
