What the Internship Programme will look like
Our 12-week internship programme enables you to develop valuable professional skills and learn what it's like to work in a high-impact professional services organization. Gain technical and practical business skills to help you succeed in the future and have opportunities to network with other team members, managers and leaders. You will also benefit from real-world experience through opportunities to work on projects as well as participate in client meetings.
Our internship provides comprehensive training and the opportunity to secure a place on our graduate programme or a regular hire, subject to your performance and business need. A large proportion of our candidates go on to enjoy a career with us.

Innovation and Analytics
Affinity Analytics
Aon Affinity offers over 500 specialty insurance products under multiple brands. It creates opportunities for organizations to offer valued insurance solutions to their customers and members while developing additional revenue stream opportunities and competitive differentiation. Our sales & marketing insurance experts work together to understand customers' needs and develop total insurance solutions that provide ultimate customer satisfaction. The role is within the Affinity data and analytics team which is part of the US Affinity business. The right candidate will help the data and analytics team deliver analytics solutions to help our sales and marketing teams win new business and contribute to the growth of the organisation.
Assist in data management, visualization and business analytic research to identify statistical relationships present in large and complex sets of data.
Aggregate, combine, normalize and cleanse data from a variety of public and proprietary data sources
Perform data exploration and analysis on data sets to develop and test working hypotheses and generate commercial insight
Familiar with PowerBI, Tableau, Python, R, SQL
Climate Hub Analytics
The ACIA Climate team is a newly set up team and is focusing on supporting Aon in developing solutions to further enable clients to focus on to enhance their resiliency and foster the growth of tomorrow, as we believe that properly managing climate risk not only protects against the downside, but can also be a catalyst for growth by navigating the transition and capturing opportunities as the economy transforms.

Growth Analytics
Growth Analytics is a dynamic, high?energy team that turns complex client and market data into actionable insights to drive strategic decisions, revenue growth, and profitability across Aon's regions and solution lines. Our programs are global in scope, serving leaders in APAC, EMEA, North America, and LATAM. They combine predictive modelling, prescriptive prioritization, and embedded business partnering to identify opportunities and enable informed action across Aon.
The successful candidate will join the Growth Analytics team based in Singapore as the Intern Software Engineer.
This role provides great opportunities to collaborate with Software Engineers, Data Engineers, Quality Assurance Engineers and Business Analytics Partners to develop our portfolio of products.
